I was raised Mormon.
For the first 25 years of my life, this religious belief system permeated every decision I made. Until the subtle anxiety & restlessness forced me to consider other ways of living.
What followed was a slow & terrifying dismantling of every belief I had about life, the world, my identity, and the nature of human existence.
With careful examination & a healthy dose of courage, I discovered powerful tools and practices to rebuild a living, breathing framework for life. It is my honor to share these tools with you:
Over the course of more than a decade, I dove headfirst into yoga, meditation, spirituality, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), coaching, personal development, therapy, and emotional intelligence - all of which guided me to deeper and deeper authenticity. I know what it’s like to feel something is “off” and to search for ways to make “it” feel right. I found ways to create alignment with my inner voice, and find peace.
